If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake and want to exchange this for the correct item then notification to us must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods

Please keep in mind that any item returned for a full refund must be delivered as unused and in the same condition you received it. CDs, DVDs and other cellophane packaged goods, must be returned with the packaging unopened.
